FAQs
1) I can’t log in
- Confirm your email is typed correctly.
- Try signing out and signing in again.
- If you forgot your password, contact support and we’ll help recover access.
2) I purchased Premium but it’s not unlocked
- Ensure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
- Open the app and try restoring purchases (if available in the app).
- If it still doesn’t unlock, email support with your account email.
3) I’m worried about losing farm data
- Your farm records are stored securely on our servers for sync and reliability.
- Keep the app updated to the latest version for the best syncing behavior.
- Contact support if you see missing records; we can help investigate.
4) How do I delete my account?
Users can request account and data deletion by contacting support. Email management@goodagrofarm.com from the email address on your account, and include “Delete my account” in the subject line.
